Breathe. Slow down. Come home to yourself.
Your breath has been with you since your very first moment. It has quietly supported you through every season of your life.
Breathwork is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover the wisdom that has always been within you.
There is nothing you need to achieve and nothing you need to force. Every session is guided with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your own pace.
Whether this is your first experience or you're returning to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcome here.
Discover how intentional breathing can support healing, resilience, and deeper connection.
Breathwork is the practice...
While we breathe...
Every session is...
What to Expect
Every breathwork session begins with a conversation. We'll take time to talk about how you're feeling, your intentions for the session, and answer any questions you may have.
Once you're comfortable, you'll settle onto a yoga mat with blankets and pillows for support. I'll gently guide you through the breathing practice while holding a safe, compassionate space for whatever arises.
Some people experience deep relaxation. Many people notice: emotions, memories, insights, or a profound sense of peace. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to journey through breathwork.
After the breathing practice, we'll spend time integrating your experience, allowing space for reflection, grounding, and discussion before you return to your day.
Benefits of Breathwork
Breathwork supports the whole person—body, mind, emotions, and spirit. While every experience is unique, many people discover a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection after a session.
You may experience:
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Greater emotional resilience
• Deeper relaxation and improved sleep
• Increased self-awareness and clarity
• A stronger connection with your body and intuition
• More presence, energy, and inner peace
There is no goal to achieve and nothing you need to do perfectly. Your breath simply meets you where you are.
Is Breathwork Right for Me?
Everyone's journey begins somewhere.
You don't need any previous experience to benefit from breathwork. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, seeking personal growth, or simply longing for a moment to reconnect with yourself, you're welcome here.
Breathwork is not about doing it perfectly. It isn't a performance or a test. Every session is guided with compassion and adapted to meet you exactly where you are.
You are always in control of your experience. You can pause, slow down, or stop at any time. My role is simply to hold a safe, supportive space while your own breath leads the way.
If you're feeling called to explore, trust that curiosity. Sometimes the smallest step becomes the beginning of profound change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all. Breathwork is suitable for both beginners and those with an established practice. Every session is guided, and you'll receive support throughout the experience.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move easily. Layers are recommended so you can adjust your comfort throughout the session.
What should I bring?
For in-person sessions, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. If you're joining online, choose a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Can I stop at any time?
Absolutely. Your body, your breath, your choice. You are always in control of your experience. You can pause, slow down, or return to natural breathing whenever you need.
What if I become emotional?
Emotional release is a normal part of many healing practices, but every experience is different. Some people feel deep peace, while others experience insight, emotion, or simply relaxation. Everything that arises is welcomed with compassion and without judgment.
How long is a session?
Most individual breathwork sessions last approximately 90 minutes, including time to connect before the practice and integrate your experience afterward.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is generally safe for many people, but certain medical conditions require modifications or may mean this practice isn't appropriate. Before your first session, you'll complete a health questionnaire so we can ensure the experience is suitable for you. If you're unsure, please reach out—I'm happy to answer your questions.
